New York State Police investigators from Haverstraw have issued an alert for a man wanted on drug charges dating back to a traffic stop on the New York State Thruway in New Windsor.
According to police, 28-year old Andrew Holden was driving on the Thruway when he was stopped in New Windsor. During that traffic stop, troopers said that Holden was found to be in possession of heroin, a hypodermic needle and crack cocaine. He later failed to appear in court to answer the charges and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest from the Town of New Windsor Court.
Holden was described as a 6-foot-3 man weighing approximately 190 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
